Friends of Northern Lake Champlain recently completed a terraced bioretention basin project at the RockTenn mill located in Sheldon Springs on the banks of the Missisquoi River. This small stormwater treatment project will treat water draining from a gravel parking lot. This project was funded through a Lake Champlain Basin Program implementation grant. The bioretention basin was designed by Stone Environmental and constructed by Spaulding Construction Company
