Event Canceled Due to COVID-19

It’s time for the Switchback Bike for the Lake 10th Anniversary!

There will be music, clean water exhibitors, and participants, like yourself, who care about a clean lake and want to see the fantastic views of the Adirondacks and Lake Champlain. Keep reading for more information!

Ride Information and Details

Below, you’ll find information about each loop, a downloadable PDF, and a link to the downloadable GPS route. We encourage riders participating in the 100 and 80-mile loops to arrive early and be prepared to leave at 7:00 am.

Registration opens promptly at 7:00 am and will close at 10:00 am. Riders take off at their convenience in a rolling start, but be sure to allow enough time to complete your loop within the event timeframe.

Registration Details

Early registration is $65 per rider until June 12th, after that date, you’ll need to register on the day of the event and the price increases to $75 per rider.

During registration and check-in, you will be asked to identify which loop of the ride you are registered. If you pre-registered, you will receive your swag bag with your selected item. We encourage you to download the GPS instruction or PDF map for the ease of access on the day of the event.

If you register after June 1st, we cannot guarantee socks or t-shirt sizes will be available and encourage you to book early!

Parking at Knight Point State Park and Check-In

Enter through the main gate at the park entrance, you will see ample parking straight ahead. Registration and Check-In are located on the hill at the park pavilion.

Funds raised from this event will support the work of Friends of Northern Lake Champlain on projects to prevent nutrient pollution and ensure that we will continue to enjoy this natural treasure for many generations to come.
