Rock River Paddle Trip

Join us and our partners at Missisquoi River Basin Association (MRBA) for a scenic evening paddle of the Rock River! We will be taking a look at the interactions between the wildlife and the watershed, and discussing the importance of the Rock River to its surrounding environment.

About the event
Join Friends of Northern Lake Champlain and the Missisquoi River Basin Association (MRBA) for a guided paddle on the Rock River! Explore this beautiful waterway while learning about its connection to Lake Champlain, local wildlife, and ongoing efforts to protect water quality in the watershed.
The paddle will be relaxed, and include opportunities to ask questions, enjoy the scenery, and connect with others. Participants will meet at 5:00 PM at the Rock River Wildlife Management Area on St. Armand Road. The paddle will conclude before sunset. This event is open to all experience levels. Participants are welcome to bring their own canoe or kayak, or borrow one if available.
Space is limited, and advance registration is required.
