On Saturday, June 13th, we welcomed over 280 riders to the 16th annual Bike for the Lake fundraiser! Following a hot and muggy day, we started the morning with comfortable temps, a nice breeze, and tons of excited cyclists and supporters. With your help, we raised over $41,000, breaking our $40k goal!

Each mile pedaled, each dollar raised, and each moment shared helped fuel our work protecting and restoring the watershed we all love. While the event is a great time, complete with beautiful views, delicious food, and lively music, it is, at its heart, a fundraiser. The support we receive through Bike for the Lake makes our year-round work possible: from stream cleanups and rain garden workshops to watershed education and restoration projects.

We want to extend our deepest gratitude to every single person who fundraised for their ride. Your extra effort truly makes a difference.

A huge thank you also goes out to:

  • All of our sponsors who helped cover our costs for the event. Take a look at the bottom of this post to see who came through for the ride this year.

  • The Clean Spoon for providing delicious food to refuel our riders

  • Corey and the team at Mill River Brewing for offering a well-earned, free post-ride beer

  • The Stragglers for the incredible live music that gave the finish line so much heart

  • And our dedicated volunteers, who make everything run smoothly, from check-in to clean-up

And of course, thank you to everyone who showed up! Whether you rode, donated, cheered someone on, or simply came out to support, you help keep this event—and our mission—going strong.

We’re so grateful for this growing community that shows up year after year, not just to ride, but to protect the lake we all cherish. Here's to another 16 years of pedaling with purpose! Be sure to check out the photo gallery below to relive some of the day's best moments.
